Hardcore Paint Correction Training Mode Engage!

With a two day all out hands-on training event, featuring 5 trainers and only 16 attendees.

This course features paint correction theory and skills ONLY!  It will be an all out assault on the understanding and physical skills that will allow attendees to conquer paint correction on any vehicle. There will be no discussion of marketing techniques, websites, social media, employees, or paint coatings during training. Instead, ALL theory & hands-on training time is dedicated to educating attendees on the most efficient, time saving, and highest quality procedures for refining vehicle surfaces.

The main difference between those who can polish quickly, efficiently and with high quality results, on any paint finish, and those who cannot is a simple, yet valuable tool — knowledge. Knowledge requires exposure to information, instruction, and the practical marriage of information together with physical skills. That is precisely what this training event does.

Attendees learn how the technology of paint correction functions. They learn how to manipulate the physical variables of polishing in relation to the defect, type of panel, paint system, and climate conditions to obtain the desired result. To work in this style, the brain (often the MOST underutilized tool in detailing) must be trained first. Only after the knowledge base is built, will the physical hands-on skills of detailing reach their full potential for quality, efficiency, and maximum profits.

That is how the course is designed– to teach the brain and then follow it up and reinforce the learning with super effective hands-on skills.

This course will greatly enhance the ability of an attendee to analyze and execute paint correction on a faster, more efficient, and higher quality basis then ever before.

All training happens with the guidance of some of the most respected and recognized educators in the industry. Therefore, NO QUESTION is off bounds or ‘dumb’ — because it helps learning. If you have burning questions, bring them and they will be answered.
